Brittney Bell has been a member of First Bank Blue Earth since November 2015. She began her career with the institution in the teller line. Over the years, Brittney has broadened her expertise through roles in operations, a period in the insurance agency, and currently serves in the loan department.

Brittney is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Leadership. She has further enriched her academic background with additional studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth and the Art Institutes of Pittsburgh Online.

Brittney is committed to assisting individuals and families in achieving their homeownership goals, whether they are seeking to purchase a property or refinance an existing mortgage. Whitney has been working with First Bank Blue Earth since 2013, starting as a teller and moving to the loan department in 2016. Whitney was a loan processor until 2022, when she became a consumer lending officer.

Whitney received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. After getting a job at the bank in 2013, Whitney felt banking was a good fit and has enjoyed working with customers over the years.
